    Gas-Liquid Separation Working Principle:

    The Vacuum Pump Oil Mist Separator operates based on advanced cryogenic technology. The working principle is as follows:

    • Gas flows downward through a specially designed spiral channel, exchanging heat with the refrigerant generated by the chiller to rapidly cool down.
    • During cooling, vaporized liquids (such as moisture) condense into water droplets, which flow down the spiral channel into the liquid storage tank.
    • The separated pure gas rises from the bottom outlet and enters the vacuum pump, achieving efficient gas-liquid separation and minimizing liquid intake into the pump chamber.
