By continuously enhancing our vacuum pump filters based on customer needs and ensuring their quality, we truly serve our customers.
LVGE's vision is to become a globally trusted brand in industrial filtration. It is for this reason that we began expanding into international markets early on. Our products are now exported to over ten countries, including Germany, UK, Korea and Brazil. This time, LVGE’s vacuum pump filters have reached Bolivia and have earned high praise from local customers.
The customer wanted to buy filter elements for a vacuum pump from an international brand, but the original parts were too expensive, so he wanted to find an alternative. While there are many filter manufacturers in China offering cheaper alternatives—some even producing imitations with the original brand’s logo—the customer ultimately chose us. Despite offering only neutral filters, our professionalism shone through in our communication and virtual factory tour. Surprised to him that its performance matched that of the original manufacturer’s filter in every aspect. To realize our vision of becoming a globally trusted industrial filtration brand, we must prove ourselves through quality and build our reputation. Therefore, we use imported German fiberglass, even from the same supplier as Busch and Leybold.
Positive customer feedback is both proof of our product quality and the driving force behind our continuous improvement. LVGE will continue striving to bring our vacuum pump filters to markets worldwide, allowing global customers to witness the dedication and quality of Chinese vacuum pump filter brands. We are currently standing on the shoulders of giants, hoping to gain international recognition. In China, we are already an industry leader. Once we gain international market acceptance, we will gradually export our self-designed filters to more countries. We believe that LVGE’s vision will undoubtedly be realized!
