The noise generated during the operation of vacuum pumps has always been a major concern for users. Unlike the visible oil mist produced by oil-sealed vacuum pumps, noise pollution is invisible—yet its impact is undeniably real. Noise poses significant hazards to both human health and infrastructure. Prolonged exposure to noisy environments can lead to psychological issues such as irritability, anxiety, and depression among workers, as well as physiological problems like hearing loss, tinnitus, and even deafness. For buildings, persistent noise can damage walls, roofs, and other structural components, shortening their service life.
LVGE completed the independent R&D of vacuum pump silencers at an early stage. When handling customer inquiries, we observed a growing emphasis on noise reduction among vacuum pump users. Recently, LVGE received a customized request for a silencer that not only reduces noise but also incorporates liquid drainage functionality. The client required the silencer to be made of corrosion-resistant materials and capable of real-time liquid level monitoring.

After relentless efforts by LVGE’ s design team, we successfully developed this advanced vacuum pump silencer, which integrates noise reduction and liquid drainage. In terms of noise suppression, it reduces vacuum pump noise by 30 to 40 decibels. For liquid drainage, it utilizes corrosion-resistant materials and features an external transparent level gauge for real-time liquid monitoring. In addition, you should also notice that the four feet of the muffler look very special. This is to facilitate dealers to sell, so that customers can adjust the height according to their needs.
The client was highly satisfied with the performance and expressed intentions for future collaboration with LVGE. We have been engaged in vacuum pump filters for more than ten years, and are now exploring more accessories in the vacuum field. We try our best to meet more customer needs to facilitate customers.
