We once had a customer consult about issues with their oil mist separator. The customer claimed that the previously purchased oil mist separator was of poor quality, as oil mist still appeared at the exhaust port after installation. For filter elements without pressure relief valves, the filtration layer would burst due to excessive pressure, while those with relief valves would see them forced open. In both scenarios, oil mist would escape through the vacuum pump's exhaust port - exactly what this customer experienced.
