Is your glass fiber filter paper imported from Germany?

Yes. It could be used for a long time and does not require frequent replacement. And it has the features of corrosion resistance, low flow resistance and high filtration efficiency. We could provide you with a video comparing the effects before and after installing the filter element if required.

Are the covers at both ends of your filter easy to penetrate?

No, all of our lids have passed the impact test and the bend test. They are made of PA66 and GF30, with the features of high hardness, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance.

Is the sealing ring heat resistant?

Yes, the sealing ring is made of FKM, which is heat resistant, abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant.

Do you spray on your product?

Our non-woven fabrics are non-spray. Although the spray-bonded wadding looks smooth, it may melt under high temperature operation, thus polluting the oil of vacuum pumps. And our non-woven fabrics are made of PET, which are oleophobic and corrosion resistant.

Can your filter element be cleaned?

The series of the Leybold’s replacements cannot be cleaned. But the filter element can be used for at least three months without frequent replacement. Only the low precision filter element of dual stage pump can be cleaned with citric acid, however, the high precision filter element is disposable.
