Acid Removal Filter Element

The inlet filter is crucial for the safe and stable operation of the vacuum pump. In industrial production scenarios, vacuum pumps often face the invasion of impurities such as dust particles and liquids. These impurities entering the pump chamber can easily cause damage to the components and seals inside the pump. Therefore, to protect the vacuum pump, it is necessary to use an inlet filter to intercept these impurities. And it is necessary to select an appropriate inlet filter according to the characteristics of different industries and specific working conditions.

Acid Removal Filter Element

Acidic gases exist in many industrial productions. These acidic gases will undoubtedly corrode the vacuum pump, even if an inlet filter (conventional) is installed, it will not help. Conventional inlet filters can only intercept dust, and the filter element itself may even be corroded by acidic gases. For this situation, it is very necessary to develop an inlet filter that can neutralize acidic gases. After the unremitting efforts of our R&D team, LVGE acid removal filter element has been born!

Our acid removal filter uses specially designed acid removal materials, which can neutralize acidic gases in working conditions while filtering dust. This means that a filter equipped with this filter element can simultaneously solve both dust and acidic gas problems, saving users equipment costs and maintenance energy.

Considering the extremely complex working conditions in many industries, it is necessary to customize specialized vacuum pump filters to achieve ideal filtration effects. Problems that cannot be solved by conventional filters, or problems that require multiple different filters to work together, can be solved by customization with just one filter. Customizing suitable vacuum pump filters according to working conditions can effectively reduce the failure rate of vacuum pumps, help users save costs, and ensure stable production.
