As vacuum pumps are increasingly widely used, operating conditions have become more and more complex. This has led to rising demands on vacuum pump filters. In many cases, standard off-the-shelf products can no longer meet the specific needs of individual complex working environments. Therefore, customized filters that better match users' actual operating conditions have gradually become a necessary choice for many customers.
LVGE, as a vacuum pump filter manufacturer with over ten years of industry experience, has undertaken numerous custom service projects. Recently, a customer from the lithium battery mixing process ordered a custom reverse-pulse dust filter from LVGE. He noted that his operating environment contained a large amount of dust, making cleaning particularly troublesome, and the filter material had to be 304 stainless steel.
Based on the customer's requirements, our engineers specifically designed this reverse-pulse dust filter. It is equipped with an electrical control box, allowing users to set and control the filter cleaning schedule. The filter also comes with a differential pressure gauge. In the early stages of use, operators can determine the appropriate cleaning intervals based on the readings from the pressure gauge, and then set the automatic cleaning cycle accordingly on the control box. When the dust accumulation on the filter element reaches the preset time, the control box sends a signal to the solenoid valve, triggering the automatic reverse-pulse cleaning process. This design effectively reduces manual cleaning time and significantly improves the convenience and automation level of vacuum pump maintenance.
Technology begins with customer needs and finds its purpose in service. LVGE's custom service always starts with an in-depth understanding of the specific operating conditions. Our engineering team comprehensively considers factors such as media characteristics, environmental conditions, and operational habits, carrying out targeted development from structural design and material selection to functional configuration. This ensures the filter is perfectly matched to the vacuum pump system and effectively addresses the user's operational pain points. We are committed to providing filtration solutions that meet our customers' requirements, ensuring the long-term stable operation of their vacuum systems.
