The vast majority of vacuum pumps require the installation of vacuum pump filters. Vacuum pump filters are mainly divided into two types: intake filter and oil mist filter. The performance of a filter fundamentally depends on the filter element used. Choosing the right filter element is crucial for protecting the vacuum pump.

In addition, our oil mist filter element of single-stage pump is different from most filter elements on the market. Most filter elements on the market has been sprayed with glue. This type of filter element looks very shiny and beautiful. But the glue will dissolve in high temperature environments, contaminating the pump oil. Our oil mist filter element does not been sprayed, and discharge the oil faster with lower resistance.
If the oil mist filter element is used for a long time without replacement, it may be clogged. In order to prevent the accumulation of exhaust pressure, some filter elements will be equipped with a pressure relief valve. When the exhaust pressure is too high, the pressure relief valve will open to protect the vacuum pump. There is a spring in the safety valve, which is the key to whether the valve can open normally. If the elasticity is not enough, the valve cannot be opened.
Our spring is made of imported steel, whose elasticity are not easily attenuated under high temperature. What’s more, our pressure relief valve can ensure that it will open when the pressure is at a fixed critical point, ensuring the safety of vacuum pump while not delaying production. (If the pressure the valve can handle is too low, it will open easily. It means that the filter loses efficacy. On the other hand, if the pressure is released too late, the vacuum pump cannot be protected.)
