2. Stable Pressure Drop & Excellent Oil Recovery
- Filtration efficiency higher than 99%, almost all oil mist can be condensed and flow back to the pump oil tank for repeated circulation, greatly reducing oil consumption expenses.
- Initial pressure drop below 10kPa, stable operating pressure drop less than 30kPa. It will not increase pump load or damage the ultimate vacuum degree in the whole service cycle.

How Does Busch Vacuum Pump Oil Mist Filter Work?
- Large oil droplets are pre-blocked by the outer PET oleophobic layer when oil-laden exhaust enters the filter.
- Tiny submicron oil mist particles are captured and coalesced into large liquid droplets by German glass fiber core medium.
- Condensed oil flows back to the vacuum pump oil reservoir by gravity for recycling lubrication.
- Only dry, clean air is discharged out of the pump with zero oil mist pollution.
