Surface protective layer: Special PET oleophobic fabric, strong oil repellency, flame retardant and corrosion resistant, prevent fine glass fiber shedding.
End cap material: PA66+GF30 reinforced plastic, high temperature resistance up to 110℃, wear-resistant, high hardness, no deformation under continuous working heat.

Working Principle:
When oil-laden exhaust gas flows through the Busch vacuum pump exhaust filter element:
- Outer PET oleophobic layer intercepts large oil droplets preliminarily;
- German glass fiber core layer coalesces tiny submicron oil mist into large liquid droplets;
- Gravity flows back to the vacuum pump oil chamber for repeated lubrication circulation;
- Only dry, clean air is discharged out of the pump, zero oil mist pollution.
