Max working temperature ≤100℃, suitable for humid and wet air environment, reusable after washing. Composite material option reaches 95% filtration efficiency for 0.3μm fine dust. Ideal for woodworking, vacuum packaging and wet cutting vacuum systems.
High temperature resistance up to 200℃, resistant to corrosive gas for chemical and high-temperature workshops. Can be cleaned and reused repeatedly. Available mesh sizes: 100/200/300/500/800/1000 mesh. Perfect for high-temperature furnaces, chemical extraction and corrosive gas vacuum pipelines.
As a professional vacuum pump inlet dust filter, it intercepts large and fine dust before particles enter pump cavity. It prevents vacuum oil contamination, reduces oil replacement frequency, lowers mechanical wear of rotor, bearing and pump body, cuts maintenance costs and extends pump maintenance cycle by over 30%.
Customizable connections include KF25, KF40, thread and flange ports. Custom filter size, shell dimension and connection mode are acceptable according to customer drawings. OEM & ODM service for brand logo printing and special packaging is available.
Standard vacuum flange design, can be directly installed on pump intake without extra adapters. Quick-clamp structure enables fast disassembly and filter replacement without professional tools.
When the vacuum pump runs, dust-laden airflow flows into the F006 vacuum pump inlet dust filter through the KF50 inlet. The filter cartridge traps solid dust particles via direct interception, inertial collision and adsorption. Clean air flows into the vacuum pump, while dust is trapped inside the filter element. Users only need to take out, clean or replace the filter cartridge regularly to maintain stable filtering performance, fully isolating contaminants from pump core components.
