  • 1.What are the advantages of your vacuum pump filters?
  1. Our shell is made of carbon steel. The leakage rate is 1*10-2Pa/L/S. To prevent rust, we apply electrostatic spraying technology on the surface. Besides, the interface size can be specially made according to your needs.
  • 2.Which filter material have a high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance?
  1. If you do not have high requirements for the filtration accuracy, stainless steel material is recommended. 200 mesh, 300 mesh and 500 mesh are usual used, however, we also supply the filters of 100 mesh, 800 mesh and 1000 mesh. Despite its high price, it can operate at a high temperature of 200 degrees Celsius, and can be repeatedly cleaned and used.
  • 3.What are the similarities and differences between wood pulp paper and polyester non-woven?
  1. Similarities: Both can be used at temperatures below 100 degrees Celsius.
  2. Difference: In terms of price, wood pulp paper material is cheaper than polyester non-woven material. Wood pulp paper can only be used in dry environment, and polyester non-woven can be used in wet environment.
  • 4.Is there only one specification of wood pulp paper?
  1. Not, the general type is for 2 micron dust particles, and the filtration efficiency is over 99%. We also supply the other type for 5 micron dust particles with the filtration efficiency of over 99%.
  • 5.How much can the filtration efficiency of polyester non-woven achieve?
  1. The efficiency of conventional polyester non-woven for 6 micron is over 99%. The one of the other type made of composite material is over 95% for 0.3 micron.
