Function:

  • This product is installed at the inlet of the vacuum pump. It can filter out dust particles that are sucked into the vacuum pump during application conditions. It reduces the possibility of larger particles being sucked into the vacuum pump chamber, thereby reducing the possibility of contamination of the vacuum pump chamber or vacuum pump oil, reducing mechanical wear of the pump, and extending the service life and maintenance cycle of the vacuum pump.

  • 1.What material is the shell?

It adopts carbon steel with seamless welding technology.

  • 2.Does the shell have rust resistance?

Yes. Electrostatic spraying technology is used on the surface, which gives it good rust resistance.

  • 3.What is its vacuum leakage rate?

  • 4.Can the interface size be customized according to my requirements?

  • 5.Is there any other material to choose from for the shell besides carbon steel?

Sure. We can also provide shells made of stainless steel materials such as 304 or 316.

  • 6.How many kinds of filter materials are there?

There are three filter materials - stainless steel, polyester non-woven and wood pulp paper.

  • 7.How to determine which filter material is suitable for my working conditions?

When the temperature is below 100 degrees Celsius, you can choose wood pulp paper and polyester non-woven. The difference between them is that the later can be used in humid environments, but the former can’t. So the cost of polyester non-woven fabric will be higher than that of wood pulp paper. For use in a high temperature environment below 200 degrees Celsius or a corrosive environment, it is recommended to use stainless steel. Although the cost is higher than the other two materials, it can be repeatedly washed and used. The filtration accuracy of it is low compared with the other two filter materials.

  • 8.What are the filtration accuracy of these three materials respectively?

Firstly, general Wood pulp paper is for 2 microns with filtration efficiency of more than 99%. We also have a filter paper that can filter 5 microns particles, with a filtration efficiency of over 99%.
Secondly, Our conventional polyester non-woven fabric material can filter 6 microns dust particles, with a filtration efficiency of over 99%. There is also a composite material with a filtration efficiency of 95% for particles of 0.3 microns.
Thirdly, the typical specifications of stainless steel is 200 mesh, 300 mesh and 500 mesh. Others include 100 mesh, 800 mesh and 1000 mesh, etc.
